The Treasure Map
Guiding People
Ten treasure maps for the mentors, teachers, and the ones ahead of you.
The mentor you idolised, the teacher who shaped you, the guide who let you down. Each map is a place to set one of these down, so you can honour what they gave and still trust the voice that is your own.

The Ten Treasure Maps
Move through them in order, or begin with the one already sitting on your chest. Read each question, answer honestly, and meet what rises with the simple song of ‘I forgive…’.
I · The Mentor
Making peace with the one you looked up to.
Who mentored you, and what do you still carry?

Forgiving the teachers who shaped, or shamed, you.
Which teacher left a mark?
III · The Guru
Releasing the one you placed upon a pedestal.
Who have you made larger than yourself?
IV · Old Authority
Forgiving the authorities you once bowed to.
Whose approval still rules you?
V · Being Led
Softening the resistance to being led.
Where is it hard to let yourself be led?
VI · Outgrowing Them
Letting yourself grow past a guide.
Who have you outgrown but can’t quite release?
VII · The Let-Down
Forgiving the guide who let you down.
Which mentor disappointed you?
VIII · Paying to Learn
Making peace with what you paid to be taught.
What do you regret paying to learn?
IX · Your Own Voice
Trusting your own inner guidance.
Where do you doubt your own voice?
X · Becoming the Guide
Stepping into guiding others yourself.
What stops you from guiding others?
How a treasure map works
Read, Answer, Forgive.
Each map meets you with a question. You answer it honestly — letting the inner voice show you the layer beneath. Then you meet whatever rose with ‘I forgive…’, and you keep cleaning until the ground is clear. What you forgive here, you no longer carry into the next lesson.
